About Malone Construction

Formed in 2002, Malone Construction LLC, was created to provide quality homes for families who wanted a new home at an affordable price. We soon found a high demand from not only from families wanting quality homes at an affordable price, but from many others as well. Not only is Malone Construction firmly committed to building quality built homes, no matter the price range, but also homes that are attractive and that are well designed. Today, Malone Construction builds homes from the low 100s’ to 500s’. We put the same level of dedication to making sure our clients in all price ranges receive the same level of great customer satisfaction and that each home receives the same level of quality detail.

Since our inception, Malone Construction has receive 12 awards in the Wichita “Parade of homes” include two top honor awards for “Pick of Parade” in 2003.
