I have been with Malone Construction since it’s inception. Working with my husband has been rewarding and challenging! It’s growth along with the different developments have been very exciting to see evolve. I enjoy working with all of the great people who have helped to make our business grow as fast as it has. My primary duties require me to do the “fun” part of our business of picking out all the spec models colors, tile, carpet, lighting, brick, etc, along with getting to have input on the floor plans. I also have several miscellaneous duties in the office including payroll and entering all the bills.

In my pastime I enjoy our 6 children and our company mascot dog “Poli”. If you’re ever in the office you’ll get to enjoy her too. I also like to attend WSU when I have the time. But my favorite pastime is definitely GOLF! Although my game could be much “shorter”, it’s what I would prefer to do ANYDAY.

I have worked with residential construction for over 25 years, building houses in all range of prices from the 80’s to the millions. I pride myself on the quality of home that I produce no matter what the price of home. I have lived in the Wichita area my whole life trying to improve the quality of lifestyle in the Wichita area.

I have an education level thru college. For fun I’m involved with several youth programs in sports & scouting. Working with children to become good citizens.

I joined the Malone team in May, 2004, as a bookkeeper handling accounts payable, receivables, rentals and personnel. My background includes, beside bookkeeping for over 20 years, being a legal secretary for 15 of those years.

My husband, Les, and I have been married for 15 years. We have one son, Todd, who is in the 9th grade at Belle Plaine High School. My hobbies include, crafts of all kinds, reading, playing pool and spending time with my family. I am also very active in Daughters of the Nile a charitable group who sews for the Shriners Hospitals.

I recently came to Malone Construction after spending 27 years in the aviation industry. My primary background has been in office administration, support of sales staff, marketing and budgeting. I am very excited to be at MC and to be learning a whole new field of business in the construction/realty area. My degree is in business administration.

My husband, Jim, and I have been married 32+ years. We enjoy collecting antiques, dabbling with eBay and going to auctions. When not at work I have several hobbies and interests; including gardening, counted cross-stitch, canning, game night with my family and last but not least my two cats, Grover and Shiloh.

I am one of the newest members to the construction business and Malone Construction. I started with MC August 2003 after 16 years in customer service and auditing service technicians. My duties start at the very beginning getting agents paperwork, building permits to the very end with doorknobs and final inspections. I am primarily an assistant to Kyle and Tim, making sure things are ordered and scheduled, as they need them done. My greatest joy is knowing that I had a small part in helping get someone a beautiful home to enjoy.

Although I have quickly fallen in love with my new Malone family, I have another family that is the light of my life. My husband Robert and myself will be married 30 years this July. We have 3 children: Lori my stepdaughter is an assistant Dean @ Rutgers Univ., Misty is a CNC machinist and Robbie is 1st year at Butler Co. Besides spending time with my family I enjoy flower gardening, collecting angels and ceramics.

I am a 20-year-old junior at WSU. I am working towards a degree in Finance at the Frank Barton School of Business. I recently moved to Wichita to attend WSU after graduating from Hutchinson Community College with an Associates Degree in Business. I have been with Malone Construction since November 2003. I don not know ALL the ins and outs of the construction business yet, but I am learning fast. I handle all of the front desk duties along with various accounting projects.

When I am not at work or school I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. My hobbies include; golf, bowling, and my car.
